Our Team

Jake co-owns Inspire Benefit Consultants with his wife, Meghann, while they reside in Rockwall, Texas. His missions, within the company, include financial management, executing strategic initiatives, planning outreach campaigns, and giving back to the community through charitable contributions. 

Jake served in the US Marine Corps and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He graduated from Texas A&M University – Texas Maritime Academy, with a BS in Marine Transportation and a Third Mate, Oceans/Near Coastal, Unlimited Tonnage License.  He then went on to serve as a deck officer aboard drillships in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Having served as both a US Marine, and as a Merchant Marine Officer, Jake has been responsible for the safety, maintenance, and operation of billions of dollars in government and private sector assets.
