Jennifer Stanley joined Inspire Benefit Consultants as their Chief Compliance Officer in January 2024. She is an accomplished health and welfare attorney specializing in unraveling the complexities of employer-sponsored health plans. Armed with an unparalleled ability to decipher legislation, rules, and regulations, she excels in providing expert guidance in a clear, practical, and actionable manner.
Jennifer is actively involved with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP, formerly NAHU), where she has served as a strong advocate for employers and brokers. She contributed to the NABIP Legislative Council for two years, held two terms as the Dallas President, and for the past 8 years has served on the NABIP-Texas Legislative Council. Jennifer actively participates in policy discussions, provides insightful commentary in response to requests for comment, and plays integral roles in the NABIP Major Health Policy Working Group for Prescription Drugs and the Employer Working Group for Quality and Price. Her relentless curiosity, sharp intellect, and unwavering integrity set her apart as a formidable force in the field.

Jennifer earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013, obtaining a Certificate in Health Law, and is a distinguished member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, the Texas Bar, and the American Bar Association. Prior to law school, Jennifer conducted Phase 3 clinical research trials at esteemed institutions such as the Cooper Institute of Dallas, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for Depression, and the Liver Institute at Methodist Dallas. Jennifer is a licensed practitioner in the State of Texas and holder of a Texas General Lines – Life, Accident, Health, and HMO License.
