Our Team

Prior to starting Inspire Benefit Consultants, Meghann studied Marketing at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She started her career working at CommunityCare Managed Health Plans of Oklahoma, where she stayed for 10 years before moving to the broker side. She co-founded another local brokerage firm in 2016 before leaving and starting Inspire Benefit Consultants in 2020. 

Now living in Rockwall, Texas, with 24 years in the insurance industry, Meghann has gained valuable insight and perspective when it comes to helping business owners and employer groups protect, grow, and preserve what is important to their employees’ insurance needs. 

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake. Together, they enjoy traveling, antiquing and learning to golf.
