Our Team

Prior to starting Inspire Benefit Consultants, Meghann studied Marketing at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She started her career working at CommunityCare Managed Health Plans of Oklahoma, where she stayed for 10 years before moving to the broker side. She co-founded another local brokerage firm in 2016 before leaving and starting Inspire Benefit Consultants in 2020.

With over 24 years in the insurance industry, she has gained valuable insight and perspective when it comes to helping business owners and employer groups protect, grow, and preserve what is important to their employees’ insurance needs.

Meghann currently sits on the board for the Tulsa Association of Health Underwriters and on the CE Advisory Board for the Oklahoma Insurance Department.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake. Together, they enjoy traveling, antiquing and learning to golf. They are both active members of South Tulsa Baptist Church.
